Ingredients:

A carefully crafted loose-leaf herbal blend traditionally used to support respiratory wellness, soothe the throat, and provide comforting seasonal support. This warming tea combines oregano, ginger, goldenrod, mullein, and elderberry.

Ingredients and Traditional Benefits

Oregano: Contains naturally occurring antioxidant plant compounds. Traditionally used to support respiratory and immune wellness.

Ginger: A warming root traditionally used to soothe the throat, support digestion, and promote overall wellness.

Goldenrod: Traditionally used to support respiratory comfort and the body’s natural elimination processes.

Mullein: Traditionally brewed as a soothing herbal tea to support throat and respiratory comfort.

Elderberry: Contains naturally occurring anthocyanins and other antioxidants. Traditionally used for seasonal immune support.

How to Prepare

Add 1–2 teaspoons of the loose herbal blend to 8 ounces of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain thoroughly through a fine-mesh strainer or tea filter, especially because mullein naturally contains fine plant hairs. Sweeten with honey if desired.

Suggested Use: Enjoy one cup as needed. Do not exceed two cups daily unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
